Most product managers are very comfortable with creating and tracking a product roadmap as part of their role. Unfortunately, most of these product roadmaps still curate features and releases. Interestingly as the market continues to evolve to a direction where consumers are putting more and more emphasis on their product’s experience, the Product Manager’s toolkit needs to be expanded to include an Experience Roadmap.

The goal of this workshop is to take the attendees through a hands-on exercise on creating an Experience Roadmap that facilitates their understanding of the customer by breaking it into experiential variables and further documenting it as a roadmap. Above all, the kicker would be learning to derive the Minimum Viable Experience (MVE) from this roadmap. This method is part of the PragmaticUX framework created by Satyam Kantamneni.
