Kuldeep Kelkar

Kuldeep has been a silicon valley User Experience practitioner & leader, working for & consulting with Start-Ups as well as Fortune 500 Enterprises. His journey with User Experience Design & Research began in the late 90s, during the dot-com days.

Kuldeep joined UXReactor as a Senior Partner to lead User Experience Research and Insights practice in 2023.

Prior to joining UXReactor, Kuldeep led Professional Services for UserZoom, now part of UserTesting. For 8 years he and his talented research team delivered high value research services, actionable insights, strategic consulting, research partnership, change management programs and workshops for UserZoom’s Fortune 500 customers. 

Kuldeep was the first User Researcher at PayPal back in 2004 and then led User Research globally as well as UX Design teams until 2014. He also led User Experience Design practice for Tata Consultancy Services at the Santa Clara Design Studio.

Kuldeep holds a Masters Degree in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Department of Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, South Carolina. He holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering, Nagpur University, India.
