Jamie Yoo
Senior Experience Design Strategist
Jamie discovered her passion for UX by reading The Design of Everyday Things. She made it her mission to gain entrée and, in 2015, retrained via an intensive UX Design program.
In 2016, Jamie joined our San Francisco team and is now an invaluable engagement manager on client projects. It’s Jamie’s job to ask, “But what would the user think?”
Prior to becoming a UX design strategist, Jamie managed operations at Coursera and merchant accounts at Google. She has also managed projects for enterprises including Wells Fargo during her tenure at a major San Francisco Bay area communications agency.
Jamie finds design inspiration everywhere, from the prescient technology of old Star Trek episodes to natural human behavior. Simply by asking “why,” we can draw innovative ideas from the reasons and ways people do what they do.
